Ordering & Shipping

At Frame & Optic Inc., we strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days under normal circumstances. However, orders received over weekends, long weekends, and holidays may experience slight delays. Rest assured, our team works diligently to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

Please double-check and confirm the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by customers. Orders with invalid information may be temporarily placed on hold during processing.

We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is beyond our control. Therefore, shipping costs will not be refunded for delayed shipments.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. A 20% restocking fee may be applicable to canceled orders.

Wrong Address

Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before finalizing your order. Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed. Please update your address in your account settings before placing an order.

Lost Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the safety and security of your delivery address. Once delivery is confirmed by our carrier partners (UPS/USPS/FedEx), the responsibility shifts to the customer.

Return Policy

Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery. Any returns or claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt. Exchanges are not available.

Returning an Unwanted Item

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Email support@frameandoptic.com for authorization.
  2. Pack the products securely in their original condition.
  3. Include a copy of your purchase invoice or the order number along with your name.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and for orders qualifying for free shipping, actual shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from the refund.

Returns take approximately 2-3 business days to process upon receipt at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Issues with Your Order

If you encounter any problems with your order, retain all packaging and product(s) and contact us at support@frameandoptic.com within 7 days of receipt for further assistance.

Damaged Package

If your package is damaged during transportation, please refrain from opening it. Instead, refuse the package and return it to the carrier's facility.
