Is Local Pickup Available?

Our warehouse is closed to the public at this time. 

 

How long does it take to get delivered?

  1. All items are shipped from our Southern California warehouse.

  2. All orders have a 1-2 business day processing time.

  3. Order placed over the weekend, long weekends, and holidays may be delayed beyond the 24-48hr usual range.

  4. We are NOT responsible for refunding shipping if delivery times are not met by our carriers. 

  5. We are NOT responsible for lost packages. Please ensure your business or residential address is correct before checking out.
  6. We are NOT responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your package will be safe upon delivery. 

 

Frame & Optic Inc. makes every effort to process and ship out all orders received within 1-2 business days of you placing your order under normal circumstances. We assure you that our team will always continue to get your order released for final delivery as soon as we possibly can. 



Are Sunglasses sold by the dozen?

All sunglasses and glasses are sold by the dozen unless otherwise noted on the title or description. 

 

Is there a purchase minimum?

There is no order minimum. The items are sold as-is. 

 

Do I need a resale license?

No. We are open to the public.

 

Are there any coupon codes?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $250 (US 50 states only). The discount is automatically applied during checkout. 

 

Do you charge sales taxes?

Sales tax applies to all California customers orders, unless a copy of your California Sales Tax Certificate is provided.

 

How secure is your website? 

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Starfield Technologies (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us. It is important that necessary precautions are taken by protecting your computer from unauthorized use and not revealing the account password to anyone.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Money orders and cashier’s checks are also an option for offline transactions. 

 

Why is my order marked as suspected fraud?

Orders may be on hold for additional review by our internal checkout system. This automatic process was implemented to further help customers prevent fraud. Please allow 1-2 days for updates. An email will be sent to you in regards to the status of the order.

 

Do you offer dropshipping?

No. We do not offer dropshipping services at this time.

 

Do you have a catalog? 

We do not offer any printed material or an Excel spreadsheet with our inventory. All products offered are presented on our www.frameandoptic.com website. 

 

Do you offer samples?

A mixed variety sample dozen is available for purchase. While you cannot choose your own style, it is designed to showcase a variety of sunglasses styles.

Can the colors be customized?

The preassorted dozens are sold as-is. The color breakdown cannot be changed.



What images do you provide?

You are more than welcome to use the stock product photos we have on our website. However, we cannot send lifestyle photos from our social media or provide additional content.

What happens if I forgot to log in when I placed an order?

We cannot manually add your order to your existing account, however, you will still be able to receive updates on your order via email.
