2021 Shipping Update regarding COVID-19 Response

We are experiencing slight shipping delays due the to Global Pandemic.  We are working with our Carriers such as UPS/FedEx, Fulfilment Partners & Local Warehouse thru these difficult times and have taken precautionary measures to maintain Public Health & Safety Standards in addition to State & Local Mandates.  Please allow a 1 to 2 extra days and be mindful when selecting a carrier, as not all shipments will be delivered on their estimated delivery times.  We are not responsible for refunding shipping if delivery times are not met.  

Please allow 1-2 Business days to process your order.   You may select your preferred method of delivery during checkout. We use the most effective carrier catered to your business needs.  We currently ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS & DHL.  

 

Shipping & Delivery
Frame & Optic Inc makes every effort to ship out all orders received within 24hr-48hr after receiving the order under normal circumstance. Order received over the weekend, long weekends and holidays may be delayed a bit beyond the 24hr-48hr usual range. Please be reassured we will make every effort to get your order released for final delivery as soon as we possibly can. Please note: For UPS Next day air, 2nd day air, 3rd day express service. USPS Expedited and Priority service. The daily cutoff is set at 12:00pm PST. Orders expected to be processed with the above mentioned services must be received before the cutoff time.

Returns & Replacements

All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving our delivery. Any item returned after 7 days will not be accepted. A receipt of shipping the return goods would serve as proof of return date. All return shipping fees of sending the items back will NOT be refunded. If you paid for shipping and handling on the order, we will not reimburse the shipping fee to you along with the merchandise cost. In case of a defected item, please email us a photo of the defect. You may find the contact info in the "Contact Us" page. We will refund you full amount and also reimburse you the shipping fees. All styles must be returned in their original packaging and dozen form. Please do not keep pieces for any reason. We will either resend merchandise desired or process the refund base on the original invoice upon confirmation of the return. 
Ordering & Shipping

When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct.  We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses that do not get delivered properly.  We are also NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, please ensure that your delivery address is safe and secure and/or there is someone you trust at the destination when placing an order with us. (Business Addresses are preferred) Once delivery is confirmed with our Carrier partners (UPS/USPS/FedEx) the package is out of our hands. PO Box addresses may not be compatible with standard shipping.
